Note: We are temporarily meeting at SCS City Hall in the Greer meeting room
We comprise a dedicated group of diverse residents who passionately volunteer for ecological conservation, community activism, and local government. SCSWEC engages in various initiatives, including shoreline clean-ups, habitat restoration projects, educational outreach programs, and advocacy for environmentally responsible policies and practices. Through collaborative efforts with residents, businesses, government agencies, and environmental organizations, SCSWEC strives to promote sustainability, biodiversity, and resilience along the shores of Lake St. Clair. Our contributions benefit beyond the environment by fostering a sense of pride and stewardship within the community and ensuring that the waterfront remains a cherished natural resource for generations to come.
We serve as a community organization for the City of St. Clair Shores resident volunteers.
We are committed to the conservation, protection, safe use, and enjoyment of Lake St. Clair for our current and future generations.
To be the prominent voice for our lake as St. Clair Shores representatives.
